Chapter (USA) - The total application fee is $300. $75 covers the annual dues for the current year. The remaining $225 is the application fee which will be added during the application process.

International Chapter - The total application fee is $400. $75 covers the annual dues for the current year. The remaining $225 is the application fee which will be added during the application process.

At the end of the application, you will have the option to pay online or to be invoiced. Select the option that applies to you. Your chapter will be activated when full payment has been received.

If your school requires you to submit a purchase order, please complete the application and select the option to be invoiced. After you have submitted the application, please send the purchase order to sciencenhsorg@gmail.com. Your chapter will be activated when full payment has been received.
