Her current and previous space food related positions are listed below. October 2007 – present: Manager Space Food Systems Laboratory, NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, TX. NASA manager for the Space Food Systems Laboratory which serves as the NASA research and development facility for space food as well as the production facility for US food for the International Space Station. January 2006 – present: Manager International Space Station (ISS) Food System, NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, TX. Technical management of all aspects of the ISS food system including provision of all US ISS flight food shipments and development of new food items for ISS. Serves as a member of the Multilateral Medical Operations Panel Nutrition Working Group including responsibility for integrating International Partner food items into the ISS food system. January 2000 – December 2005: Manager ISS and Shuttle Food Systems. NASA Johnson Space Center. July 1989 – January 2000: Manager Shuttle Food System, NASA Johnson Space Center. August 1985 - July 1989: Food scientist supporting Shuttle food system contracts with Boeing Aerospace, Lockheed and Krug Life Sciences at NASA Johnson Space Center.
